I am able to use the Start button to restart, but usually I have to click the "Force Restart" button because it claims it is hung on the "Logoff sound". Meaning YouTube videos won't load, Google Hangouts meetings won't start, any game I'm playing will refuse to quit properly and I have to force kill it (through Task Manager) if I'm playing, etc. I don't really have a screenshot to show, nothing pops up. When the service stops working, I'm not able to use anything related to sound. I'll be in the middle of a meeting and audio (both speakers and mic) will quit working.
